By accessing our website, services, and community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Membership and Billing

Recurring Membership: When you sign up for a recurring membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. The billing cycle will be clearly communicated during the signup process.

No Refunds on Tuition Payments: We do not offer refunds on tuition payments. Your commitment to a membership plan is important, and we provide extensive resources and support in return.

Access Duration: Upon payment, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy: You can start or stop your membership at any time directly from your dashboard. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel. Cancellations must be initiated solely through the Mentally Fit Pro platform, not via email or other means of communication.

Community Participation

Professional Conduct: As a member, you are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with other members.

Community Standards: Participation in the community is subject to adherence to our community standards. These include, but are not limited to, respectful communication, no tolerance for harassment or discriminatory behavior, and adherence to the ethical guidelines of our profession.

Termination of Access for Misconduct: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the community and membership services at any time, without refund, if you violate community standards or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period.

You have the flexibility to restart your account whenever you wish, but please be aware that rates may change, and you will lose access to any promotional rates you initially signed up with.

Instructions for Cancelling Your Subscription:

  1. Navigate to Billing: Click your profile photo in the community header and select "Billing".
  2. Access Subscriptions: Go to the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Initiate Cancellation: Find the subscription you wish to cancel. Click the More actions (three dots) icon next to the subscription and select "Cancel".
  4. Confirm Cancellation: Review any important information regarding the cancellation and then confirm your decision.

Once cancelled, you'll still enjoy all the benefits of your subscription until your current billing period ends. If you decide to restart your subscription later, simply follow the subscription process again, keeping in mind that rates and promotional offers may vary.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through our website or via email.
